Return and Order Policy

As a freelancer platform, we offer custom, on-demand digital services such as website design, virtual assistance, graphics, and IT solutions. Due to the nature of our work, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy once client approval has been given.

1. No Refunds After Approval

Once a service is delivered and approved by the client, the transaction is final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations are allowed, as per the Indian Consumer Protection Act for digital/custom services.

2. Client Review and Approval

Clients will be given the opportunity to review the project. Approval may be provided in writing, by email, or verbally (WhatsApp). Once approved, the service is considered delivered and completed.

3. Exceptions

If there is a clear technical error or non-delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Any corrective action will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.
